Shipping Rates

At this time, we can only accept online orders for shipping to Sydney and Melbourne metropolitan areas. For other destinations, please contact us for a quote.

Shipping is calculated on the value of your order as follows:

Portability will accept returns for "dead on arrival" (DOA) equipment and will provide a replacement unit. In circumstances where the replacement model is no longer available, any other item of equal or greater value can be chosen and the difference in value paid to Portability. This policy is conditional subject to an inspection of the product to ensure that the item has not been mistreated.

All other returns are soley at the discretion of Portability (subject to an inspection) and may involve a re-stocking fee of up to 30% of the value of the item.


Warranties

All goods are covered by the manufacturer's warranty terms & conditions. Please contact the manufacturer in the first instance for any product failure issues during the warranty period.
